Ingredients of an exciting novel

Every story doesn't necessarily have an end. But its the flow of the story.. the adventures of the characters.. the joyride... that intrigues us.
If we consider our life as a novel then lets pump in the adrenalin little bit more.. Give an exciting edge to every chapter.. Travel the roads undefined.
The novel must not b a boring one as you cannot undo and publish it once again..

Election and a boring Saturday afternoon

So the days have finally arrived as the ad famously proclaimed .."Ache din ane wale hai"...(as cliched as it can get after hearing the same song over 10 times on FM after getting stuck in the traffic jam of Aaamchi Mumbai)
But we need to wait and watch to determine whether the days are "acche" or not. Undoubtedly main driving forces behind this election result are an anti-incumbency mentality in voters and super sophisticated marketing by BJP media team on social networks. And how can we ignore the series of scams(ya some corrupt morons became "fu-kin" rich by laundering our hard earned money and sometimes even went to the extent of humiliating our national pride)

Anti-incumbency voting has been a trend in most of the Indian state elections post Independence apart from the example of CPM regime in West Bengal. There ,CPM defied the rules of anti-incumbency tendencies like Neo dodging the bullet in "The Matrix". (It looks like Mamta didi is going to be the next CPM in Bengal after this election result..another 37 years..hell Nooooooo) Apart from that,in India,Governments tend to change after every 5 or 10 years.

And yes.. whenever I logged into my facebook or twitter account or opened my mailbox or checked for new messages in whatsapp in last 1 year Super human challisa of Mr Modi or jokes regarding callousness of Mr. Gandhi popped up in front of me and frankly speaking it started to feel like an overdose after sometime.

So what next? Whether Modi going to change India in Thaliva style or we would come to know that we were expecting too much out of him ,that only time will tell...

But as a true Indian citizen I would like my country to change and I will make whatever contribution I can make ...so keeping my fingers crossed...
I would like to write something more  ..but not today..I forgot to tell you guys I had my earphones plugged in while I was writing this..and the song which is playing right now is Aaj Blue hai..Paani..paani paani and din bhi sunny sunny sunny.....I have to go now..ciao ;)

Mediocrity and IT

Mediocrity is not a curse .Its just the situation when rather than trying to increase their cognitive ability, people indulge in bringing down the image of the people superior to them and viciously try to undermine the achievements and ability of the people they feel inferior to.
It generally happens in an overly populated country like India with limited Financial Resources. Being intelligent in an overly populated mediocre industry is like being surrounded by blood thirsty Zombies.

Empathy

Its true that we have certain levels of expectation from all the people we consider as parts of our lives. We feel happy,we feel content and sometimes delighted if these people understand what we need, how we feel and if they help us in our time of need. It immediately increases our level of attachment with them.

But the same should be the case when the flow is reversed. Certain amount of narcissism and selfish indulgence sometimes prevent us from doing the same for others.

Understanding others..knowing their feeling as if they are your own..respecting their thoughts all these are what constructs empathy. And empathy is the only factor differentiating between a social person and a sociopath
